Darren Schauer
GVEC General Manager/Chief Executive Officer
Darren Schauer has worked for the Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative for
over 17 years. He began working for GVEC, during summer breaks, while still in college. Prior to being named General Manager and CEO
in 2003, Schauer managed the Computer Information Services Division of GVEC. |
Lewis Borgfeld
GVEC Board President
Lewis Borgfeld serves the members in GVEC District 2. He has served on the GVEC Board of Directors since 1973 and was elected to serve as President in 1986. He works in the banking industry and is an officer with the Schertz Bank and Trust. |
Mike Wiggins
Guadalupe County Judge
Mike Wiggins was elected Guadalupe County Judge in 2007. A
retired Texas DPS Sergeant, Wiggins has served his
State for 30 years, the last 14 here in Guadalupe
County. Active in many civic organizations, he was a
founding board member of the Seguin Outdoor Learning
Center and the Guadalupe County Children’s Lodge.
